I started this agency in 2009 with a phone, a laptop, and 15 years of in-house recruitment experience. I had spent long enough watching agencies send the wrong candidates, miss deadlines, and charge fees they had not earned. I knew it could be done better because I had been on the receiving end of everything that was wrong with it.
